Search partially in the phone number (using wildcards)

I am very much missing this API operation named something like "Debtor_FindByPartialTelephoneAndFaxNumber"

If I had this I could use wildcards while searching for telefon numbers. Can this be made available via the old or the new API?

And if only there where 3 fields for phone numbers we did not need to put them into one little field.

I would therefor also recommend that the "TelephoneAndFaxNumber" field was seperated into 3 fields:

1) Mobile phone number

2) Landline phone number

3) Fax phone number
